image Martin Rowe is Director of Publishing at Lantern Books and Vice-President of Booklight Inc. He has been the ghostwriter of ten books, two of which have been bestsellers. He is the author of Nicaea: A Book of Correspondences and editor of The Way of Compassion. He co-founded the magazine Satya. He is also the author of Bertie Wooster and the Lizard King and (with Evander) Right Off the Bat: Baseball, Cricket, Literature, and Life. image Evander Lomke managed and/or acquired 1,200 nonfiction books for general readers as well as specialists, among them: 80 titles in "The German Library in 100 Volumes"; one-volume Encyclopedia of American Literature; The Sexual Politics of Meat: A Feminist-Vegetarian Critical Theory by Carol J. Adams; Toms, Coons, Mulattoes, Mammies, and Bucks: An Interpretive History of Blacks in American Films, editions 2, 3, and 4 by Donald Bogle; Gandhi: Voice of a New Age Revolution by Martin Green; The Essential Erich Fromm; and The Paulo Freire Reader. Evander also wrote/had published innumerable anonymous nonfiction reviews in "Publishers Weekly," and is co-writer of Right Off the Bat: Baseball, Cricket, Literature, and Life.

She is an artist who uses her creative energies for activism, as well as trying to feed her neighbors pickles.
